Unopened Ready-to-Send Gifts can be exchanged within 30 days for store credit.
All Semi-Custom and Custom Gift sales are final.
Each gift is hand-packed and inspected before shipment. If any damages occur while in transit, please contact our team at so we can replace your product and alert our shipping partners.
